To prepare without using the bag
- Pour contents of bag into a large microwave-safe bowl, ADD 1/3 cup water.
- Cover and microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let stand for 2 minutes. ADD 2 Tbsp butter, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ tsp salt and mash to desired smoothness.
